Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are confirmed in each reservation. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Only registered guests

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to access the residence. As part of the building’s mandatory access procedure, each guest must provide a valid government-issued ID in advance before arrival. This information may also be required for registration and compliance purposes. Entry may be denied if the required information is not submitted on time.

No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence and in indoor common areas of the building.

Parties, Events and Gatherings

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted at any time.

Quiet and respect for neighbors

Guests are expected to respect the residential nature of the building and maintain a quiet, considerate environment at all times, especially during nighttime hours.

Care of the residence

Guests are expected to treat the residence, furnishings, equipment, and shared amenities with care. Any damage, missing items, or misuse may result in additional charges.

Reporting Issues During the Stay

Any issue affecting the stay should be reported as soon as possible so that we may reasonably review and address it during the reservation whenever possible.

Air conditioning and energy use

Air conditioning must be used responsibly and only when needed. Guests are kindly asked to turn it off when leaving the residence and to follow any in-unit instructions provided for proper operation.

No pets

Pets are not allowed in the residence.

Booking & Payment Terms

Reservations made through this website must be paid online using the payment methods available at checkout.

A deposit of 15% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival and will be charged automatically to the card on file.

A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the guest receives a confirmation email from AUREN Private Residences.

Credit and debit card payments made on this website are processed securely by TREKKSOFT AG / Payyo. For this reason, the charge shown on the guest’s card statement may appear under TREKKSOFT AG.

If a payment is declined, reversed, flagged for review, or cannot be completed successfully, AUREN Private Residences reserves the right to suspend or cancel the reservation until valid payment is received.

Security Deposit A pre-authorization of USD 200 will be held on the guest’s credit card on the day of arrival. This hold will be released within 5 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Guests who wish to pay the full stay amount in advance are eligible for a 7% discount. To request this rate, please contact us directly before completing your reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each reservation is subject to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.

For flexible reservations, cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival are non-refundable.

For non-refundable reservations, payments are not refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, except where required by applicable law.

Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

AUREN Private Residences does not issue refunds for circumstances unrelated to the accommodation or for claims that cannot be reasonably verified.

Additional Terms

AUREN Private Residences reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel a reservation if payment cannot be completed, if required booking information is missing, or if the reservation appears to present a risk to the property, other guests, or the booking process.

Guests may be asked to provide additional information for identity, payment, or booking verification when reasonably necessary for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, AUREN Private Residences may provide the relevant payment processor and financial institutions with booking details, communication records, check-in information, and supporting documentation related to the reservation.

Nightly rates shown on this website may not include cleaning fees, taxes, or other mandatory charges unless expressly stated. The final booking total will be shown before payment is completed.
