Our Residences
Three stay formats, each with a choice of outlook. Residence 1003 on the 10th floor offers more natural light and city views; Residence 410 on the 4th floor has a more private, interior-facing setting and a lower starting rate. Both share the same building amenities and personal hosting by Aldo and Pamela.
1003 and 410 are residence numbers. Smart 2 and Executive 4 are configurations within each full residence, rather than six separate apartments. Select the exact number and format when you book.

Premium 6 is one full residence: it combines the Executive 4 (A) and Smart 2 (B) as connected spaces. You do not need to book A and B separately. Starting rates vary by dates and availability; cleaning is charged once per stay. The final total is shown on Lodgify before payment.
